I feel sorry for us all!!!!

What is happening regarding properties double sold?

What is happening regarding properties that can never be built?

 

WHAT THE BLOODY HELL IS HAPPENING REGARDING ANY BLOODY THING??????

 

 

I’m sure Mr Gary Robb and AGA Construction

 

and the TRNC Government

can come up with something to keep us all quiet for another (shall we say 6 Months)!!!!!!

and then they will think of something else for the next 6 Months,

and then something else for the next 6 Months and so the circle of crap continues………………….

I feel a little strange writing on the Blog tonight, I just can’t get my head around so many Aga Buyers, now so diversified, all of us going in different directions, all of us frightened of upsetting other Aga Buyers!! 

we need to understand everyone else’s point of view, everyone else’s different situation 5 years on from the parting of our money? (for most of us anyway thats how long it’s been,)  and at the centre of all the controversy, is Gary Robb, Tahir Soycan (still after 5 years can’t spell this man’s name) and Kutsal, (with other’s who were waiting in the wings for their cut)(these are too numerous to mention) (Like Leeches)   all waiting for our money, it makes no difference where you bought, a small select site, a government owned land site, or a huge difficult to build site, (owned by goodness knows who) whether you are double sold, sold a property that can never be built, or like most of us just fleeced of everything we own  (unless your face fits with certain people)??  

all of us are in the same boat, we have no money, no properties, and I now think no hope of any return, with a North Cypriot Government who appears to treat all of us with utter contempt, a company called Aga who tell Newspapers they are worth £100 Million Pounds but can’t complete even the smallest of their building sites, and various committees, who I feel very very sorry for, who are trying dreg something from ashes of the worst kind, that have been left by the dregs of the world, I won’t name them,

they already know who they are 

and I include the

North Cyprus Government.

The front page story is about the very ill couple and refers to Gary Robb allegedly owing them money from 4 years ago when they first moved to Cyprus.

 

The following is what was reported regarding the Amaranta Buyers Committee

 

" Mr Robb told Cyprus Today he had been told not to pay the Chttocks by the Amaranta Buyers Committee for fear it would spark a stampede of other unhappy Amaranta buyers for their money back.  I sympathise with the Chittocks, but it is down to the Amaranta Buyers Committee to pay out, If I could pay, I would"

 

WE DID NOT DISCUSS THE CHITTOCKS WITH GARY ROBB

 

THEIR SITUATION  WAS THE SUBJECT OF A COURT CASE LONG BEFORE ABC GOT INVOLVED WITH THE PROTOCOL.

 

If anyone on this BB knows the Chittocks we would very much appreciate if they would let them know this and that whatever Gary Robbs actions are over their legal case, ABC have not been a party to it.  We sympathise deeply with their situation.

Officers throughout the British Police are looking for this man, just like they were looking for another some years ago, and yet again just like others before, this man has put roots down in Catalkoy, up in the mountains, could he now be helping to build homes for unsuspecting honest British people????

 

I am sure he must have found solace amongst friends (on the run) !!   Another question, Is his millions from his "Securitas Heist" being used as a loan for building works in Northern Cyprus, amongst others the "Amaranta Valley Project" Kent Police including Chief Inspector Mick Judge want Mark Lupton, just like Chief Superintendant Mark Braithwaite from Cleveland Police wants another guy and ‘his mother’ (yes there is a warrant for her arrest also), whose brother served 10 or so years for Drug Offences, and who has never been brought to justice, lets hope Lupton gets his just desserts, before the North Cyprus Government allows yet another British Criminal to ruin honest peoples lives!!!!

The following article appeared in the Famagusta Gazette on 17 March 2008.

 

"Crisis for northern Cyprus property market"

 

A title deed crisis appears to be brewing in the occupied areas of northern Cyprus.

 

The revelation comes after a Turkish Cypriot daily newspaper reported that local commercial banks are now refusing to recognise title deeds issued by the northern Cyprus "government".

 

The Star newspaper wrote that banks are not allowing any loans for mortgages on Turkish Cypriot title deeds – the paper also claimed that most of the construction work on new properties had ground to a halt.

 

Construction sites in Salamis were deserted this morning and a local resident told the Famagusta Gazette that they had not seen workmen for the past month.

 

Meanwhile, a group of British ex-pats called the AGA Buyers Action Group have started a high profile campaign to protest at what they describe as the "rip off" and crimes against British citizens trying to purchase property in northern Cyprus.

 

Referring to several recent property scams in the occupied areas, AGA wrote, “What none of us can understand is why a small group of greed-obsessed individuals are allowed to get away with causing so much pain to so many people? Somebody in power in Northern Cyprus must be able to do something to put things right – hopefully sooner rather than later".

 

It’s known that the number of foreigners investing in land and property in northern Cyprus has slowed dramatically and property prices in the Kyrenia district have fallen by 40% in recent months.

 

The Star concluded its report by noting that people have lost their trust in local contractors and that cases of fraud against foreign buyers is on the rise."

The misery being allowed to happen on ‘Fantasy Island’

 

 

 

The tone of the last blog might be strong but under the circumstances, not strong enough considering the misery being allowed to happen on ‘Fantasy Island’ – the place where your dreams hardly ever come true because in N Cyprus freedom is given to commit large scale organised crime.

 

It’s really not the happiest of places.

 

Our hearts go out to Bob and Elaine Chittock and all the other decent people who put their trust in a set of individuals they believed to be ‘professionals’ and would deliver the home they paid for.

 

No one deserves to be treated this way by Gary Robb and all the other bandits in Northern Cyprus.

 

Human Leeches, Parasites taking what is not theirs.

Real people know how to share and give,

Leeches don’t have these qualities.

 

Wonder what the European Court of Human Rights would make of it??

Do you know a Pullitician called Grobb

 

 

Trevor the farmer was in the fertilised egg business. He had several hundred young laying hens,

called ‘pullets’, and eight to ten roosters, whose job was to fertilise the eggs.
 
The farmer kept records and any rooster that didn’t perform went into the
soup pot and was replaced. That took an awful lot of his time so he bought a
set of tiny bells and attached one to each rooster.
 
Each bell had a different tone so Trevor could tell from a distance which
rooster was performing. Now he could sit on the porch and fill out an
efficiency report simply by listening to the bells.
 
The farmer’s favourite rooster was old Grobb and a very fine specimen he
was too, but on this particular morning Trevor noticed old Grobbs’s bell
hadn’t rung at all! Trevor went to investigate.
 
The other roosters were chasing pullets, bells-a-ringing. The pullets,
hearing the roosters coming, would run for cover but to farmer Trevor’s
amazement, Grobb had his bell in his beak, so it couldn’t ring. He’d sneak
up on a pullet, do his job and walk on to the next one!
 
Trevor was so proud of Grob, he entered him into the County Fair
and Grobb became an overnight sensation among the judges.
 
As a result – the judges not only awarded Grobb the No Bell Piece Prize but
they also awarded him the Pulletsurprise as well.
 
Clearly Grobb was a politician and a scammer in the making: Who else but a politician or a scammer
could figure out how to win two of the most highly coveted awards on our
planet by being the best at sneaking up on the populace and then screwing
them when they weren’t paying attention.

Two men posing as businessmen in Girne, one British and one North Cypriot, were sitting down for a break in their soon-to-be new Construction Agency.

As yet, the office wasn’t ready, with only a few shelves set up.

One said to the other, "I bet any minute now some thick British tourist is going to walk by, put his face to the window and ask what we’re selling."

No sooner were the words out of his mouth when, sure enough, a curious Yorkshireman walked to the window, had a peek, and in a broad Yorkshire accent asked "What’s tha sellin’ ere?"

One of the men replied sarcastically, "We’re selling arse-holes."

Without skipping a beat, the Yorkshireman said, "Tha’s doing well then… Only two left!"
