In North Cyprus an Update On The AGA Development Situation

 

It has come to our attention from three different sources over the past 48 hours (both by phone and e-mail) that the North Cyprus Government are to make some advance toward the subject of the assets of AGA Development. We have been led to believe the announcement involves Kutsel, & Tahir, amongst others. This alleged announcement is said to be due on the 4th December.  We cannot be sure that this is true and not a rumour so please don’t shoot the messengers, however all three sources have proved to be reliable in the past.

 

Further information received this morning is as follows: – The court has adjourned all cases for proof on 4th December. This is to enable Gary Robb’s lawyers to inform him properly about their withdrawal. After this is done the court is going to order refund and interest in all/many cases and charges the properties simultaneously with these orders

 

And No we don’t really understand the last message either but it was from a lawyer !

North Cyprus – we have a strong family unit which the likes of AGA Development, its directors and the TRNC regime will not break

 

 

Today my husband reaches three score years and ten.  As many of you know he is not as well as he was when the whole AGA SAGA started. We had hoped that at this stage of his life we would have been enjoying our little villa situated at Arapkoy in the Amaranta Valley Project. He would have retired of his own free will (not because his health forced him to) and then maybe our children would have been living a life in the sun and learning the local language at a local school.

 

Thanks to AGA Development along with the help of the TRNC Regime this was not to be, all we have been left with is a dusty shelf where nothing can be built and a mortgage that we are paying for something we do not have and will be paying for the foreseeable future.

 

Bad as things may have been though we have a strong family unit which the likes of AGA Development, its directors and the TRNC regime will not break no matter how many nasty threats we receive.   However our problems are minimal compared to many others we hear about, but as horrible and sad as the stories are there are stories that mean more to me than others. For instance as I celebrate my husband’s birthday I think of  my very dearest friend Pat who lost her husband Leslie very suddenly In February of this year – her lover, her best friend and confidant of 43 years again all thanks to the scum located within the tranquil beautiful island of Cyprus.

 

Our case goes to court on 23^rd October again ! The legal’s in the TRNC want us to appear to give evidence and we have been led to believe that if we don’t appear or appoint a Power of Attorney the case could be thrown out – that’s nice isn’t it……Our legal trail began in October 2005 and now they tell us this. Thanks to a really kind friend who knows us and our situation we may now have a POA to appear for us. He will take a day out and give our evidence on our behalf as we are unable to travel to the TRNC. We have however taken time to visit the TRNC London Office and sign a letter for the courts which had to be verified and stamped by this office at a costing of £42.00. This will be hand delivered to our lawyer in the TRNC early nest week (thanks for that – ‘you know who you are’     )   We have lodged a copy of our evidence with our authorities both here and in Nicosia so they are aware of our movements after all it’s their advice we are following regarding the legal trail !

 

To AGA Development and the TRNC Authorities – I will not give up harrassing you and being a total pain is the ‘ass’ until I get back what you have stolen from us. I will not give up this fight until my dying day and then Jay and Abbie  my daughters will follow the fight that I started. A fight for what is right.

 

Might sound a bit passionate and dramatic but sometimes it has gone past just being about the money – it the sheer lack or morals of these people. Their bleating about love for their families falls on deaf ears here – if you in North Cyprus were so moralistic about families and family units why are you ignoring the suffering of so many ‘families’. Families that wanted to live amongst you all and add to your ailing economy 

 

As a nation you are losing your way, you have those amonsgt you who live for one thing and that that is MONEY – some of these scum don’t care how they get it as long as they have got it

The companies objectives are quite clear, as I am one of "the many individuals that have invested in the various AGA development property sites within the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC)" and also a fully paid owner, of one of the 240 houses of Arapkoy that AIM claimed to represent within their proposal put forward to the TRNC Gov’t representative they met with, therefore I would appreciate a reply to my mail to ascertain what AIM are proposing that I want to do in order to resolve the situation of my property.

[06] Turkish Cypriot businessman will file charges against Britain in the ECHR

Turkish Cypriot daily Halkin Sesi newspaper (09.10.09) reports that a Turkish Cypriot businessman in the field of tourism with the name of Sami Gudenoglu will demand from guarantor power Britain the sum of three million pounds sterling as compensation for financial and mental damage injury through the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR) on the grounds that he suffered loss because of the so-called embargoes. Mr Gudenoglu, manager of Zumrut Tourism Company, issued a written statement noting that he sells Turkish Cypriot properties in the occupied areas of Cyprus in an effort to remain on his feet and added that he expects help from all the competent authorities of the TRNC in this process. He is also struggling for the commencement of direct lights to the illegal airport in Tymvou. He said he will submit a lawsuit to the ECHR and accuse Britain of not fulfilling its duties as guarantor power. He alleged that embargo is imposed on 250 thousand Turkish Cypriots who live in Britain and are prevented from flying directly to the occupied areas of Cyprus.

This is now a time for the N Cyprus lawyers to put right their wrongs and bring some integrity back into their profession

 

 

Today we received an email from our lawyer, who it appears unlike some lawyers is actually carrying out his duties to the best of his abilities, very professionally and without fleecing us, which it appears from other stories we have read is a rarity.

 

Why can’t the North Cyprus Lawyers realise that at some point there has got to be a ‘hero’  to emerge from this Gary Robb mess and they should be making the best of themselves to become a ‘hero’ instead of appearing to favour the criminal over their client namely ‘The Victim’. Is it because allegedly the criminal is loaded with the ‘victim’s monies’ and can pay more ! 

 

Let’s face it when the North Cyprus Real Estate Market recovers – (it won’t at this rate) , people will be looking for lawyers and especially from those who are willing to recommend someone who is honest and true to their client !

 

There is an important meeting this week taking place in the Prime Ministers Office. Those present, lawyers and Government Ministers etc., will be discussing the problems caused by Gary Robb and AGA Development. They will be looking for a way forward and possible out of this mess. ( Still no further forward – apart from more ‘stalling’ meetings)

 

It would be in the lawyer’s interest during this meeting to remember that they have a duty to their client (The Victim) and not Gary Robb (The Criminal) . Let’s hope that the lawyers remember that they are providing a professional service and should not under any circumstances go against the wishes of their clients, no matter what !

 

Should this not be the case the North Cyprus legal system could find themselves the subject of a huge media circus, which as it stands the North Cyprus legal system could at them moment do without, after all there are many cases of lawyers allegedly refusing to carry out their legal duties, yet still taking monies from clients.

 

This is now a time for the N Cyprus lawyers to put right their wrongs and bring some integrity back into their profession. They can then be seen to be Winners and true professionals, siding with the Victims (clients) as opposed to Losers and going down with the Criminals

 

Remember Crime does not pay and what goes round comes round !

 

So back to the part of the email from our lawyer

 

Zeki Gunduz is refusing to discuss any settlement in all cases because GJR is ‘upset’ with how the court matters are going.

 

Well for heavens sake POOR GAZZA ! He is upset as to how court matters are going !!!!  How the hell does he think that we as victims feel as to how he has had our money for in excess of 4 years now with NOTHING TO SHOW FOR IT and he is upset…..boy am I having to be diplomatic with my wording here !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

 

Gary what the hell do you expect – for you to be handed the solution on a plate so that you can drive round in your nice big cars and live in your nice fortified villa paid for by OUR MONEY !!!

 

NO SORRY GARY – WRONG, we will do everything in our power to force a solution from you and no amount of threats will deter us from this mission.  (Gary Robb now on remand in the UK for other alleged offences)

 

 

Lets hope that this meeting does what it is supposed to do and continue to exert more pressure for you to comply with the court orders, judgements, memorandums and injunctions against you !

 

Gary, you have got away with things for far too long and you have drawn many innocents into your web of criminal and downright deplorable and dishonest dealings.  But at the end of the day, that fact of the matter is that apart from all the red herrings, smoke screens and threats you have stolen from my family the sum of £49323.00 and

 

We want it back !!!!!     (Still want it back)

 

 

So come On North Cyprus Government and North Cyprus lawyers put right what has been a grave mis-justice against hundreds of innocent people that simply wanted to invest in your beautiful county and boost it’s economy – Now is the time to prove yourselves to the world and do what is morally right – (still waiting)
