The TRNC-AGA-BUYERS heavily moderated PRIVATE BB has now gone very quiet. Granted there are more photos, they seem to be pretty much of a copy of what has gone before. Below is part of this weeks Self Appointed Amaranta Buyers Committee report (cut and pasted from the BB so NOT OUR grammatical errors)
With regard to concerns expressed in the thread and in reply to Marks comments and questions.
All of Gary’s assets are currently blocked by injunctions which have been indiscrimatley taken out across the board regardless of the location of the clients property and in some cases by government appropriations taken out when Gary was reported as a fugative purportedly to protect his customers. The appropriation order on Amaranta has now been lifted. Until the injunctions are removed then there can be no alternative source of finance either for Amaranta Valley or any other sites. However, finance for Amaranta Valley is in place in the form of either a bank loan or by finance from investors against the projected profits and will be forthcoming once these impedements are lifted or moved from Amaranta Valley.
It is true that currently, work at Amaranta is limited to available finance from buyers payments. However, to assist us over this period the new contractor has arranged for equipment and materials to come from Turkey on his own account for the next three months in exchange for an appartment from Gary on another site and he has told us that he will continue with work as long as we can continue to pay his workers. It should be made clear that once the finance is obtained it will mean that the work schedule can be expanded and accelerated to accommodate the terms of the protocol.
In the matter of Hisse Shares and PTPs. We are constantly chasing the Inerior Ministry on the issue of PTPs and efforts are continuing to resolve the issues of the injunctions. One solution to the the injunctions will be to get the site at Amaranta parcelised at which time injunctions can be moved back to individuals properties thus removing the impediments to raising the finance and to allow work to carry on at a pace required to complete the Valley in line with the protocol. This will also allow buyers to obtain their Hisse Shares once their PTPs are issued by the Government and thereby secure their interest in their property. To this end the initial stage known as the "Amalgamation" will start on Monday. This means that all existing Title Deeds are submitted and the site amalgamated into one single Title Deed.
Mark, thank you for your continued support and rest assured that your comments and questions are not seen by us as negative and please don not think that we intentionally ignore or gloss over issues or problems with works of encouragement, however, whilst work is ongoing to resolve the many problems and issues it does very little good to keep repeating ourselves. To suggest that we are not addressing these matters is very far removed from the facts. Seki Gunduz and Kemal his assistant, working in conjunction with The Committee along with Gary Robb and the lawyers of the clients who hold the injunctions have been successful, with the cooperation of many of the buyers, in lifting 31 injunctions to date which represents 70% of the impedements in place at Amaranta Valley. Pat and Josh are meeting once again with Seki Gundes and Kemal this afternoon trying to find further resolves for the injunctions.We have daily meetings with Gary and his team and the Contractors over what work is to be done and the way ahead as well as bringing buyers problems and queries to their attention. We have been told that the drive is now to get all the homes of those who are going ahead with their pruchase to roof level within the next 6 to 8 weeks.
2 members of ABAG have ‘injunctions absolute’ as laid down by the courts in Kyrenia. This means that these injunctions cannot be overturned until a solution is found. One of these injunctions is at HZ Omer and also has a judgement attached to it. The other injunction covers the Green section at Amaranta: Parsel 122 & 123. These injunctions WILL NOT be removed until a solution is achieved. We will not be bullied or written to with lies as to why we should lift our injunctions. If they think that showing us a carrot will encourage us to lift these ‘injunction absolutes’ then you know what you can do with the carrot.
Work being limited to Amaranta due to finance also smells of another Gary Robb lie. Now who was it that said ANY shortfall would be met. Gary promised that he would make up any shortfall, but now he is blaming those with injunctions for money shortages !

And finally for the moment, they (Gary and ABC) want to get all those who are going ahead with their build properties brought to roof level, well what about those who want a refund, when will they start to build/finish those properties. (Twelfth Of Never)
Okay what we can see happening is an amazing turnabout when it comes to Gary funding the shortfall. Let’s face it which monetary institution will loan money – allegedly £18 million to a person/wanted criminal without a passport – issued in error by the UK Gov and currently held by the TRNC Gov. A person who will eventually become a ‘persona non grata’ when the TRNC authorities finally realise that he will never fulfil his promises. No, there will be no loan, because it would never be paid back and certainly not to the tune of £18 million !!!!!
Apart from many other influential persons, we had another nice long chat last week with DCS Mark Braithwaite of Cleveland Police, what a nice man he is and so full of encouraging words !
